This booklet is more advanced than "How I built My Canonball Delts" and the instructions from the booklet should be adhered to first as the advice in this booklet follows from the advice in the previous booklet. 

Once again, Larry details the equipment needed, however at this stage you are expected to be training in a well equipped gym. 4 different routines are explained which Larry used during his career, especially towards the later part, where he began inventing his own Scott Press and other exercises at Vince's Gym. Some very advanced principles are detailed in this booklet which Larry made famous, such as Down the Rack workouts. All exercises are fully illustrated. 16 pages long.
