Vince's Famous 10-8-6-15 Routine The Brown edition
This is an alternate edition of Vince Gironda's famous 10-8-6-15 routine, which was specifically used to accelerate muscle growth for those who have hit a plateau. The routine incoorporates increasing intensity whilst decreasing the time of the workout to stimulate muscle hypertrophy. This edition has contains photgraphs of Don Peters demostrating the exercises, different Vince Gironda diets, information on supplements, as well as different articles from Vince Gironda not found in the other editions, making it unique.
