This course from the 1960s appears to have replaced the original 1930s Maxalding course and was published in 1969, and is a reintroduction of Maxalding to practitioners during the Golden Era. It is different to the original course that was published in the 1930s.

This course is pure muscle control with little calisthenics and some dumbbell work and is therefore ideal for beginners to muscle control.
