This booklet is the most advanced and is the third volume written by Larry Scott regarding his Arms training. Again Larry recommended that you should read and apply the information found in Volume 1 and 2 of "How I Built My 20 Inch Arms" and the instructions from these beginner and intermediate booklets should be adhered to first as the advice in this advanced booklet follows from the advice in these previous booklets.
In this booklet, Larry introduces the student to the role of genetics and balancing arm development. 4 different routines are explained which Larry used during his career, especially towards the later part, where he began inventing his variations of curls at Vince's Gym. Some very advanced principles are detailed in this booklet which Larry made famous, such as Burns at the ends of sets. At the end of the booklet is also a Forearm Specialization course.
