This is a different edition of Vince Gironda's famous 10-8-6-15 routine, which was specifically used to accelerate muscle growth for those who have hit a plateau. The routine incoorporates increasing intensity whilst decreasing the time of the workout to stimulate muscle hypertrophy. This edition has contains illustrations of Vince Gironda demostrating the exercises, different Vince Gironda diets and other information and articles from Vince Gironda not found in the other editions, making it unique. There are 4 editions available on this website, thanks to a new collaboration with Karl Coyne, author of Vince's Secret Locker.
